How to find your Notion invoices

Finding the invoice

1. Open Settings in the sidebar.
2. Select Billing.
3. Scroll to Invoices and select View invoice to open the PDF.

Not an admin? Ask a workspace admin to download it, or to make you an admin if invoices are your job.

Why there are several invoices

Notion charges one seat per workspace member. Adding members mid-cycle produces prorated charges, and on an annual plan a mid-year addition gets its own prorated invoice up to the renewal date. Notion credits you buy are billed on a separate invoice from the plan.

Tax ID and sales tax

Notion collects VAT, GST or similar tax registration numbers in many countries to decide whether you are a business. In some, a valid number removes local tax from later invoices: an Australian business that enters its ABN under Settings, Billing is not charged GST on subsequent invoices. In a few countries tax applies to every invoice regardless. To add a billing address or VAT number to invoices already issued, contact Notion support.

Unpaid invoices

An unpaid invoice can limit access to the workspace until it is paid. If a card expires, update it under Settings, Billing, Edit method.

Getting Notion invoices without asking an admin

Since nothing reaches an inbox, a Notion invoice only gets filed if someone goes looking, which is the case bill fetching was built for.
