Employers who sponsor job posts on Indeed get invoices on the Billing and invoices page of their employer account. Only users with billing permissions can open it.
The Summary tab
- Open your account menu and go to Billing and invoices.
- Select the Summary tab.
- Scroll to Transaction history. Invoices are listed by month under Invoices.
- Select the invoice link to open the PDF.
What the invoice shows
The invoice number, date, due date and amount, with the products, taxes and discounts. An itemized report breaks out charges for Sponsored Jobs and Employer Branding Ads, useful when several hiring managers post jobs on the same account.
When Indeed bills
Sponsored job charges are billed on the first of the month, or sooner when spending reaches a billing threshold, whichever comes first. A busy hiring month can therefore produce more than one invoice. Thresholds and currency differ by country.
Invoices are final
Each invoice covers one billing cycle and cannot be changed after it is issued. Set your company name and billing details before the cycle closes.
