How to get a Wise invoice

Wise does not issue a classic invoice for its fees. The closest document is the Statement of Fees: open your profile, choose Statements and reports, select Statement of Fees and pick the year. For a single payment, open the transfer and download its confirmation as a PDF, which serves as the receipt.
The Statement of Fees
It works in the app and on the web. Click your initials or profile picture, then Statements and reports, then Statement of Fees, and choose a year. The statement totals what you have paid Wise since the account was opened and groups the amounts by currency. Two limits apply: customers based in the US cannot get it, and it leaves out gains and losses on Assets.
A PDF receipt for one transfer
- On the web, find the transfer in the transaction list on the Home screen.
- Click the three dots to its right and choose Get transfer confirmation.
- In the app, tap the transfer, tap Details, then Get PDF receipt on iOS or Download transfer receipt on Android.
Only completed transfers have a confirmation. A cancelled one has none, and Wise suggests a statement as proof of the cancellation. The PDF carries a banking partner reference, the number a recipient's bank needs when it cannot trace the money, and Business accounts see their registered business address on it. Only the sender can download it.
Statements and transaction exports
For a whole period, open the Transactions tab on the website, filter by date (up to 365 days), recipient, currency, card or category, select Export and pick CSV or PDF. The mobile app cannot export. Business accounts can add the receipts and invoices attached to transactions as a ZIP file, limited to 2GB, whose link expires after 7 days. A regular currency statement also shows the fee taken on each line.
Wise invoice lookup in practice
No search box exists for fee invoices. The Home transaction list is the lookup for individual transfers, and Statements and reports is the lookup for yearly fee totals. US customers, who are left out of the Statement of Fees, can still read their fees from a statement.
Wise fees on the books
A bookkeeper usually wants two things from Wise: the fee total for the year and a receipt for every transfer that paid a supplier. Give our AI agent your Wise login and bill fetching saves the transfer confirmations and statements for you. Wise emails that land in your inbox go through email receipt capture, and the fee on a transfer you made for a business trip can go onto an expense report.
