How to download a Payoneer statement

Payoneer's fee records come from the Reports and Statements page and the Transactions page rather than from a fee invoice. The monthly statement lists every transaction for one currency balance in a chosen month, fees included, and downloads as PDF or CSV. For any other range, filter the Transactions page and export it.
The monthly statement
On Reports and Statements, choose the monthly statement, enter the currency balance and the month, and click Download. A window shows the generation status while the report builds in the background, then the file is saved to your computer's Downloads folder. Payoneer presents this statement as the one for accounting, and it is the closest thing to a monthly bill from Payoneer.
Other reports on the same page
- Card reconciliation report: completed Payoneer card purchases and ATM withdrawals with merchant details, currencies and fees.
- Letter of good standing: confirms you hold an account and shows a balance on a chosen date. Every currency balance must be zero or positive to generate it.
- Confirmation of receiving account and the account statement for Amazon: proof of your receiving details for clients and marketplaces.
Custom date ranges from Transactions
Sign in to the web app, since the mobile app cannot export. Go to Manage, then Transactions, filter by date, and use the icons at the top right of the table for CSV, PDF or print. The CSV adds columns the PDF leaves out: Source, Target, Reference ID, Store Name and Additional Description.
Showing the annual account fee
The annual account fee is taken from your balance, not billed on an invoice. Open Fees after signing in to see it next to the receiving threshold that waives it, then export the last 12 months of transactions to show the charge itself. When an auditor insists on a stamped or paper statement, Payoneer support issues one for a fee, sent by regular mail or DHL.
Payoneer statements in your books
Payoneer builds statements only when someone asks for them, and month end is when that gets forgotten. Our AI agent can sign in with your Payoneer login and download each currency balance's monthly statement through bill fetching. The year's fee lines, pulled from those statements, support the deduction in your tax receipts. Purchases made with a Payoneer card still come with the merchant's own receipt, and email receipt capture files the ones sent by email.
