How to download Google Workspace invoices

Google Workspace invoices are in the Admin console. You need an administrator account with the Billing Management privilege to see them, and Google also emails the monthly invoice to your verified billing contacts.
Getting this month's invoice
- Sign in to the Admin console with an administrator account.
- Go to Billing, then Payment accounts.
- Select View invoices next to your subscription.
- Find the invoice (recent ones first, or choose a date range) and download it as a PDF or CSV.
When the invoice is ready
A month's invoice becomes available after the first day of the following month. The official PDF can lag the CSV by up to a week. If your bookkeeper needs the PDF, give it a few days.
Who gets the invoice email
Billing messages only go to email addresses Google has verified. Add or change billing contacts under Billing, Payment accounts. The primary contact's address cannot be edited directly: add a new primary contact, then remove the old one. On invoiced accounts, a new invoice recipient also has to verify their address before invoices are sent to it.
Your tax ID and business address
Add a tax ID or VAT ID under View payment settings, in your region's tax info section. The business address is in the same place for standard billing accounts; invoiced accounts change it through Google Workspace support. New details appear on invoices from the date you change them. Google does not reissue past invoices with new details, but you can regenerate the current month's PDF to pick up a new address, purchase order number or VAT ID.
Invoices versus payment receipts
In most regions the invoice does not show your payment. For proof of payment, use the transaction download or print the payment receipt from the billing pages.
When these steps do not apply
If you bought Workspace through a reseller, or signed up from Gmail on an Android phone, billing is handled elsewhere: the reseller, or Google Play. Old invoices can still be downloaded from cancelled or inactive billing accounts.
Workspace invoices that file themselves
Google already emails the monthly invoice to your billing contacts. The simplest fix is to make one of those contacts a mailbox that email receipt capture watches: each invoice is filed with the amount and tax as it arrives. For the PDF from the Admin console, which can trail the email by a week, connect the admin account and our AI agent signs in after the first of the month and downloads it with bill fetching. Subscription tracking then shows Workspace next to every other seat-based tool you pay for.
