How to pay a Good To Go! toll bill and get statements

To pay a Good To Go! toll bill, go to MyGoodToGo.com and use Pay a toll bill, or mail a check made out to "Good To Go!" with the Customer ID from your statement. If you open an account, statements come by email for free; paper statements by mail are an uncommon paid option.
How Pay By Mail bills work
Without an account, a camera reads the plate and a bill goes to the address on the vehicle registration. Pay By Mail costs $2 more per toll than an account rate. A bill not paid by its due date adds a $5 late fee. If a toll is still unpaid 80 days after the trip, a $40 civil penalty is issued for each unpaid toll, and the Department of Licensing may place a hold on the registration if the penalty is not paid within 20 days.
Paying a bill
- Online: MyGoodToGo.com, using the link to pay a toll bill.
- Check: payable to "Good To Go!" with the Customer ID from the statement. If you do not know the current ID, write the plate number from the bill.
- Lost the bill: call 1-866-936-8246 for the statement ID number.
WSDOT advises against third-party bill pay apps, which may add fees or delay payment, and only suggests bank bill pay for people who already have an account.
Which account type fits
Pre-Paid needs $30 to open and refills by credit card when the balance runs low, or on chosen days by electronic check. Pay As You Go needs no balance and charges your card twice a month. Visitors can open a temporary account on Pay As You Go that closes itself within 90 days, which is handy for a rental or a single business trip.
Disputing a charge
WSDOT points account holders and bill payers to MyGoodToGo.com to dispute a charge. Keep the bill or statement that shows the toll in question, since the Customer ID and trip details on it are what identify the charge.
Good To Go! statements without the paper
SR 520 and the other Washington toll roads bill in small amounts that add up over a year. Connect your MyGoodToGo.com login and our AI agent signs in to save statements and bill payments with bill fetching. Free email statements can instead be filed by email receipt capture, and a mailed bill goes in through the receipt scanner.
