How to get a PayByPhone parking receipt

PayByPhone receipts are in the app. Go to Account, open History & receipts, pick a parking session and download the receipt as a PDF. To get several at once, select up to 10 sessions and have the receipts emailed as a PDF, a CSV or both. Guest receipts are the exception: they are only sent once, at purchase, and cannot be retrieved later.
History & receipts
What used to be called Activity History is now History & receipts, on iOS, Android and the mobile web. Selecting a session shows the location name, vehicle, vendor, start and expiry times and the total. Below that, each transaction in the session, such as the first payment and any extensions, is listed with its payment method the way it shows on your card statement. That line-by-line view is the quickest way to match a parking charge to a bank line.
Exporting several receipts
- Open History & receipts.
- Select up to 10 parking sessions.
- Choose PDF, CSV or both.
- Receipts are sent to your email, sometimes split across more than one message.
Reservations do not have receipts yet. They cannot be downloaded or included in a bulk export.
Turning on email receipts
With an email address on the account and receipts opted in, PayByPhone sends one after every successful payment. Check the setting under Account > Settings > Parking Notifications. SMS receipts are also available, though PayByPhone notes charges may apply.
Monthly invoices and tax
PayByPhone does not offer monthly invoices. In Canada, GST or PST on parking is applied by the parking operator, not by PayByPhone. If you changed phone numbers and the old account was deleted, its transactions are gone; support may help if the account is still active.
PayByPhone receipts collected automatically
Ten receipts per export is fine for a week, less so for a year of street parking. Connect your PayByPhone account and our AI agent signs in and saves every session receipt through bill fetching. If you opted in to email receipts, email receipt capture files them as they arrive, and either way they join your expense reports.
