How to get a Passport Parking receipt

In the Passport Parking app, open the menu, go to History and tap a session to see its details or email yourself the receipt. For your full history, sign in on the Passport website and choose Menu > Parker History to view or download past receipts in bulk. Guest Checkout sessions get a receipt by email when the session ends, if you entered a valid email at checkout.
One app, many cities
Passport Parking is the app many cities and operators use for street and lot parking, and you can also pay online at park.passportparking.com. Rates, payment options and fees are set per location, which is why two sessions in different towns can look quite different on their receipts.
Recent sessions in the app
- Open the Passport Parking app.
- Go to History in the menu.
- Tap the session.
- Choose to email the receipt.
The app is built for recent sessions. For a quarter or a year, the website's bulk download is faster than emailing receipts one by one.
Guest Checkout
You can pay without an account. Enter a valid email at checkout and Passport emails the receipt when the session ends. Passport also suggests capturing the confirmation page after paying: support can use the session ID shown there to find the payment if the email never arrives.
The convenience fee on your receipt
Some locations add a convenience fee for paying by mobile. Passport says the fee is set by local parking rules and covers technology and payment processing costs, and you see it before you confirm the payment. It is part of the parking cost when you claim it as an expense.
Passport receipts gathered in one place
When your parking spans several Passport cities, receipts end up in emails with different city branding. Email receipt capture files every one of them regardless of the city name on top. With an account, our AI agent can also sign in and run the bulk download for you through bill fetching, and the sessions roll into your expense reports.
