How to get a ParkWhiz receipt

ParkWhiz receipts are in your account. On the website, open My Parking, scroll to Parking History, expand the booking and click View Receipt. In the app, tap My Parking, pick the booking, tap the three dots at the top right and choose View Receipt. If you checked out as a guest, you already have an account under that email; reset the password to sign in.
Web, app, or both
Most receipts for upcoming and past bookings open in either place, but there are two exceptions. Receipts for monthly bookings are only on the website, and some on-demand sessions only have their receipt in the app. If a receipt is missing on one, check the other before contacting support.
Express Pay and Scan-Pay-Go
Express Pay receipts arrive by email, separate from the text message confirmation, and the payment also appears under My Parking. With Scan-Pay-Go, you are charged after you exit the facility and the receipt is emailed to you. These flows skip the booking step, which is why the email matters more than usual.
Business Profile for work parking
A Business Profile keeps work parking apart from personal bookings without a second account. Add it under Payment Methods on the website or in the app, save the company card, and optionally enter a business email. Receipts for bookings made with that profile go to the business email; leave the field blank and they go to your regular address.
Bookings made through partners
Passes bought through Ticketmaster or Groupon follow the partner's process. For Groupon, log in there and click View Voucher. For a missing Ticketmaster parking pass, ParkWhiz asks for the order number and event details in a support request.
ParkWhiz receipts on autopilot
Event and commuter parking bought on ParkWhiz is easy to forget once the car is home. Connect your ParkWhiz account and our AI agent signs in and saves each View Receipt page through bill fetching. Receipts sent to a Business Profile email can be filed by email receipt capture and moved onto an expense report.
