How to get a Premium Parking receipt

Premium Parking emails a receipt to the address on your account when you buy. For another copy, log in to the Premium Parking app with the email or phone number you used, tap History, find the session or reservation and tap Send Receipt. For a payment made at a machine or in cash, email support@premiumparking.com with your details and an agent replies with the receipt.
Log in with the right identity
A receipt can only be reached from the account that made the purchase. If you paid by TextPay, that account may be your mobile number rather than your email. Try logging in with the phone number if History looks empty. If you log in by phone number, add an email before sending a receipt.
App and website routes
In the app, History groups purchases by type: session, reservation or subscription. On the website, log in and choose Session or Reservation from the list on the left; every purchase is listed, and Premium Parking says a screenshot of that information can serve as your receipt.
Machine or cash purchases
Payments at a lot's digital machine or in cash are not tied to an account. Email support@premiumparking.com with your name, phone number, the parking location, your license plate, the date and the cost if you know it. Reservations bought through a third party, SpotHero for example, need a receipt from that company instead.
Business account invoices
Business accounts get invoices generated on the 1st of each month, covering parking that started during the previous month. Account managers get an email notice three days before. Paid invoices move to Payment History, and you can review invoices under the billing tab and download paid ones as PDFs. A subscription that starts mid-month is invoiced in full on the next month's invoice.
Premium Parking receipts kept for you
Between TextPay sessions, app reservations and monthly business invoices, Premium Parking paperwork comes from three directions. Connect the account and our AI agent signs in and pulls receipts and paid invoices through bill fetching. The receipt emails sent at purchase are filed by email receipt capture, ready for an expense report.
