How to view and print a Cricket Wireless bill

Cricket shows your bill as Billing History: up to 12 months of charges and payments in your online account or the myCricket app. Choose a month range to view and print a summary of all usage and associated charges for your phones in that period. Payments are made after signing in, or through Quick Pay.
In your online account
- Click SignIn in the navigation bar at the top of cricketwireless.com.
- Scroll down and click Billing History.
- Sign in with your current phone number and password.
- Select the date range by month.
In the myCricket app
- Open the myCricket app and sign in.
- Tap Payments at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap View My Billing History, then choose the months.
What the history shows
Cricket describes billing history as a record of what you paid and when, with itemized charges for reference. Recent purchases, payments and scheduled plan or feature changes only show up in your next billing cycle. A brand-new customer sees billing history once the first month of service is complete.
Payment confirmations
A Quick Pay payment ends with a confirmation number on screen, and Cricket sends a text confirming it. Cricket's payment terms note that you may save or print that confirmation, and download, print or save your monthly statements.
Your due date
Cricket sets your due date from the day you activated service. You can change it by calling Cricket Support, once every 180 days. A missed payment that suspends the account also moves the due date to the day you pay the outstanding balance and service is restored.
Accounts owned by a business
In the myCricket app, tap the gear icon in the top right to open Account Settings. A business account shows the business name, business contact and account type there, which helps when an employee asks whose name the phone is under.
Paying your Cricket bill and turning on Auto Pay
Quick Pay asks only for your phone number and takes a card, a Cricket Refill Card, a Service Payment Card or PayPal. In the myCricket app, Pay Now adds Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Dialing *PAY (*729) reaches the automated system, and stores take cash, but phone and in-store payments can carry a $5 Customer Assistance Fee. Bank drafts, checks and money orders are not accepted.
Auto Pay runs on a credit card or most reloadable prepaid cards, never a bank account or gift card:
- Sign in to Manage Your Account and set Auto Pay Status to ON.
- Enter the card, then tick the Enroll in Auto Pay and Electronic Communications Consent boxes.
- Select Activate Auto Pay.
Eligible monthly voice plans earn a $5 credit when you enroll at least six days before the due date. Since that credit lowers what you owe, the billing history, not the card charge, shows what the line cost.
Cricket history kept longer than a year
Billing History only reaches back 12 months, and a work phone's charges are needed for longer than that. Bill fetching sends our AI agent into your Cricket account each cycle to save that month's charges. Cricket's payment emails go through email receipt capture. The monthly line cost then goes straight to the expense report.
