Salesloft sends two kinds of invoices. Subscription invoices go out on the billing frequency, payment terms and method in your contract. Dialer invoices cover phone usage and arrive separately by email.
Dialer invoices
Every admin and billing contact on a team whose package includes the Dialer receives a PDF copy of the Dialer invoice by email. The email holds a unique link to a private payment portal.
Paying a Dialer invoice
- Open the unique link in the Dialer invoice email.
- Check that the invoice number and amount match the invoice.
- Select Pay with Card. Dialer invoices must be paid by credit card; the bank transfer option shown is not available.
Tick Save payment information for future use and the saved card is charged within five days of each new invoice. To change it, open the link and use the Manage Account tab.
What variable Dialer charges are
One-off Dialer minutes used outside an unlimited minutes module, and LocalDial numbers outside the unlimited LocalDial module: $1 to set up a number and $1 a month while it is in use. After releasing numbers, the charges can take until the second Dialer invoicing cycle to stop.
Overpaying on purpose
To avoid a card charge every month, you can overpay a Dialer invoice. The extra becomes a credit against future Dialer invoices, which still arrive monthly for your records.
Salesloft invoices from the inbox
Both kinds of Salesloft invoice arrive as email to admins and billing contacts, which makes email receipt capture the route that fits: add a capture mailbox as a billing contact and each PDF is filed as it lands, Dialer usage included. Salesloft documents no invoice history page to sign in to, which is why bill fetching does not apply here. A rep who covers Dialer charges personally files them on an expense report.
