How to get Google Ads invoices and receipts

What Google Ads gives you depends on how you pay. Accounts on automatic or manual payments get a payment receipt for each charge. Accounts on monthly invoicing get an invoice every month.
Receipts for card payments
- In Google Ads, open Billing, then Summary.
- Pick the month's card and go to its Payments section.
- Select the payment to open a printable receipt in a new tab.
You can also download a month's activity from the billing activity pages.
Accounts on monthly invoicing
Invoices arrive by email within five business days of the start of each month and are kept in the account. To download one, open Billing, then Documents, find it by document number and download the PDF. The Documents page also lists debit and credit memos.
Local tax invoices
In some countries Google issues local tax invoices and statements. They usually appear from the fifth business day of the following month; the current month's documents only show once the month ends.
The Transactions page
Under Billing, Transactions lists payments, credits and costs, and can be printed or exported. It opens on the last three months. Change the date range for older ones.
When a manager account pays
If billing runs through a manager account, such as an agency's, the invoices are usually there. Documents from before a billing change may be under billing transfers.
Google Ads paperwork without the monthly hunt
Monthly invoices already come by email, and email receipt capture files each one from the billing contact's inbox, tax included. Card-paying accounts are harder, because every threshold charge produces its own receipt behind the Summary page: connect the Google Ads account and our AI agent signs in and saves each receipt and local tax invoice through bill fetching. Ad spend then reconciles to the card statement line by line.
