How to download LinkedIn Ads receipts

LinkedIn Ads receipts are in Campaign Manager's Billing center. Each time a card is charged for ad spend, a receipt appears there within 24 to 48 hours.
Finding receipts
- In Campaign Manager, select Account settings in the left menu, then Billing center.
- Open the Receipts tab in the Billing activity section.
- Select Print receipt next to a charge, or Export receipts to download several.
A billing summary can also be exported as a PDF or CSV.
Charges older than 30 days
The Receipts tab opens on the last 30 days. Change the time range at the top right to see older charges. Some receipts for online purchases issued before March 4, 2025 are no longer downloadable as PDFs; those come with a download of your LinkedIn data from Settings.
Account manager and billing admin roles
Only account managers and billing admins on the ad account can view and print receipts. Give your bookkeeper the billing admin role rather than campaign access.
Your company name on receipts
You can add a company name to exported receipts. It appears under the billing admin's name on the printed receipt or billing summary.
Invoiced ad accounts
Ad accounts on monthly invoicing get invoices instead of per-charge receipts. Download them in Business Manager for ad accounts it owns, or for accounts shared with it where it holds the billing admin role. Changes to the invoice's billing contact go through LinkedIn Marketing Solutions support.
LinkedIn Ads receipts collected for every charge
Card-paid ad accounts can be charged several times a month as spend crosses thresholds, each with its own receipt. Connect a billing admin login and our AI agent signs in to the Billing center and saves each receipt once it posts, company name included, through bill fetching. LinkedIn's charge emails can be filed by email receipt capture, and the receipts line up with the card statement in your expense reports.
