How to get an Ooma Office invoice

Ooma Office invoices are in the billing section of Ooma Office Manager. Sign in at office.ooma.com and open the Account page, then Billing, or go straight to office.ooma.com/v2/billing. Ooma says you can view your invoice there at any time. All Ooma Office invoicing is digital.
What the Billing page holds
The Billing section of the Account page lets an administrator review service information, check billing history and update the payment information. Services are invoiced monthly, based on usage.
Opening your invoices
- Sign in to Ooma Office Manager at office.ooma.com with an administrator account.
- Go to the Account page.
- Select Billing to see billing history and invoices.
The card that pays the bill
Ooma Office charges the card on file for monthly service and for any charges to your Prepaid Account. To change it, open Billing on the Account page, select Edit next to the payment information, enter the new card or billing address and save. The card is charged automatically each month, and the invoice in the billing section is what to keep as the record.
Prepaid Account charges
Calls outside the included region of the US, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico are deducted from the Prepaid Account balance. Administrators see per-minute rates on the Account page, Prepaid Account tab, under View Rates. The Balance section can add $10, $25 or $50 automatically when the balance drops below $5, $10 or $25. For US customers, international plans and calling charges may carry the federal Universal Service Fund fee.
No paper bills
Because invoicing is digital, nothing arrives by post. If the person who signs in to Ooma Office Manager leaves the company, make sure another administrator can reach the billing section before the next month's invoice.
Ooma Office invoices on file without a monthly sign-in
Connect an administrator login and our AI agent signs in to Ooma Office Manager each month and saves the new invoice with bill fetching. Invoices someone already saved can be forwarded to email receipt capture, and the taxes and fees on the phone bill are kept for your tax receipts.
