How to get a Vonage Business invoice

Vonage Business invoices are in the Admin Portal. Sign in at admin.vonage.com, or click Admin in the Vonage desktop app, open Billing, and use the Invoices tab in Bill History. Highlight an invoice and click the Download icon to save the PDF. Only one invoice downloads at a time.
The monthly invoice email
On the morning of your bill cycle date, Vonage emails the Company Contact a link to the Admin Portal. The portal holds a PDF of that invoice and prior ones. To see line detail on screen, highlight the invoice, click the magnifier icon and choose View Details.
Who can see billing
Billing tools are for the Super User and Account Administrators. End Users and other administrator types don't have access. If you don't see Admin in the desktop app, you probably lack admin permissions.
Autopay and past-due balances
Monthly recurring fees, other than usage, are charged in advance to the default payment method. International and metered calls appear on the next invoice. The Billing Information section shows the billing date, the default payment method and the balance due on the next billing date, while Current Usage lists calls so far that fall outside the monthly charges. When the automatic payment goes through, the amount due shows $0, and the invoice for that month is still the bill to keep. If it fails within the grace period, a Due Now option appears. After the grace period, the invoice shows Past Due. Pay from Current Payment Due with Pay Now, and fix the card under Payment Information, where several methods can be stored with one set as default.
Fees and tax exemption
Updating card details by phone costs $6.00 for a US billing address. Tax-exempt customers contact Vonage to apply, and still pay certain Vonage and federal fees.
Vonage invoices without one-at-a-time downloads
Bill History hands over a single PDF per click, which turns a year of invoices into a dozen downloads. Connect an Account Administrator login and our AI agent saves each new invoice with bill fetching. The Company Contact's monthly email can be forwarded to email receipt capture, and the federal fees and taxes on each bill are kept for your tax receipts.
