How to get an LD Products receipt

The three order emails

LD Products sends an email confirmation right after it receives an online order. A second email follows when the order is processed, and a final one when it ships. The first holds the order details; the last is your shipping record. If none arrive, look in your junk mail folder and check the email address on the account.

Past orders in your LD account

Signing in to your LD Products account shows your purchase history and past orders, and lets you update account information. The same login opens Quick Reorder, which LD suggests for placing a repeat order fast. An office that buys the same toner every quarter will find both the old order and the reorder button in one place.

Sales tax on an LD order

LD Products says local sales or use tax may apply depending on the order's ship-to address. Two offices ordering identical cartridges can see different tax lines for that reason. When you check a receipt, compare the tax with the address the order shipped to, not the billing address.

Paying by check

Choose Pay by Check during checkout if you prefer to mail payment. LD asks you to write the order confirmation number on the check before mailing it. For a business that pays this way, the confirmation email is the document that ties the check to the cartridges it bought.
