iCloud+ charges are listed in your Apple purchase history. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account that pays for the plan, or on iPhone open the App Store, tap your picture, then Apps & Purchase History and Purchase History. Apple also emails a receipt for each charge.
Which Apple Account is charged
iCloud+ is billed to the payment method on your Apple Account, monthly or yearly. In a Family Sharing group, the plan is paid by the member who shares it, and that member doesn't have to be the family organizer. If you use a shared plan, the receipt is in the sharer's purchase history, not yours.
Receipt lookup by amount
On reportaproblem.apple.com you can search for an amount when you know what was charged but not what it was for. On iPhone, iPad or Mac, the list opens on Last 90 days. Tap or click it to choose an older range. On a Windows PC, open the Apple Music or Apple TV app, click your name, choose View My Account, then See All next to Most Recent Purchase.
Upgrades, downgrades and refunds
On iPhone with iOS 18.4 or later, change plans in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, iCloud+, then See All Plans. On a Mac, go to System Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage, Change Storage Plan. A downgrade starts once the current monthly or annual term ends. When a member gives up a personal iCloud+ plan to join a shared one, Apple refunds the unused part, and that refund shows in their history.
Receipts through your bank
Some banks show an option such as View Receipt on Apple charges for iCloud services in their app or website. Not every bank offers it.
iCloud+ that backs up a work phone
When iCloud+ on a personal Apple Account stores work photos and phone backups, the monthly charge belongs on an expense claim. Forward Apple's receipt emails to email receipt capture and each renewal is filed with its date and amount. Our AI agent can also sign in to your purchase history and save the iCloud+ entries with bill fetching, ready for the business share to go onto an expense report.
