How to get an Evernote receipt

Evernote invoices for personal plans are on the Billing page of your account settings. In Billing History, click Invoice next to the transaction. The list covers the last 24 months, and every renewal also sends a receipt by email. Teams and Enterprise admins use Billing history in the admin console instead.
Personal, Professional, Starter and Advanced
- Sign in at evernote.com and open your account settings.
- Choose Billing from the left menu.
- In Billing History, find the transaction and click Invoice.
Each row shows the date, item, order number, payment method and total. If the invoice link does nothing, turn off ad and pop-up blockers. Invoices for these plans no longer show a billing address, and prices include tax.
Evernote Teams and Enterprise
An account admin signs in to the admin console and chooses Billing history. Rows list the date, billing period, item, order number and total, with an Invoice link. VAT only appears on Teams and Enterprise transactions.
Charges older than 24 months
Transactions drop off the Billing page after two years. Look for the renewal emails in your inbox instead. Billing history can also be briefly unavailable while Evernote runs system updates, and not every refund appears in it. Support can help in either case.
Subscriptions through Apple or Google Play
Evernote no longer provides invoices for subscriptions managed by Apple or Google Play. Those receipts go to the email address on the Apple or Google account and appear in that store's purchase history.
Expensing Evernote with an employer
Evernote's own suggestion is yearly billing on Starter or Advanced, which means one expense claim a year. Once the plan is active, open Account info from your account name, pick Billing or Purchase History, and click the order number to download the invoice. Check your HR team's reimbursement policy first.
Evernote renewals kept past the two-year window
Billing History forgets anything older than 24 months, and only saved copies survive beyond that. Forward each renewal email to email receipt capture and every year stays in one place. Our AI agent can also sign in and download the invoices still listed with bill fetching, and a yearly plan paid personally goes straight onto an expense report.
