How to view, print and pay an EPCOR bill

EPCOR stores your electricity and natural gas statements in My Account for up to two years. Log in, view the statement you need and print a copy for your records. The same account is where you switch to ebill and set up automatic payments.
Setting up My Account
- Register with a user name and password, then log in.
- On the Account Overview tab, select Link an existing account.
- Enter your account name exactly as it appears on your bill, along with your EPCOR account number.
Have a recent bill on hand before you start, since both details come from it.
Viewing and printing statements
Once your account is linked, your electricity and natural gas statements appear online. EPCOR keeps them for up to two years. Anything you need to keep longer, print or save while it is still in the account. EPCOR's Harmony water customers in Alberta have their own My Account address for water statements and payments.
Switching to ebill
With ebill, EPCOR sends a notification when a new bill is ready instead of mailing paper. In My Account, choose Manage billing method on the Account Overview page. You can move back to paper at any time.
Paying your EPCOR bill and setting up automatic payments
A one-time credit card payment goes through a third-party provider for a small service fee. Your bank takes EPCOR payments in person, by phone or through online banking, and cheques can be mailed to EPCOR, P.O. Box 500, Edmonton, AB T5J 3Y3.
Automatic payments by bank withdrawal or credit card are open to residential and commercial customers who are not on an instalment plan:
- Log in to My Account, or register if you are new.
- On Account Overview, click Sign Up for bank withdrawals or Credit Card for card payments.
- Enter the transit, institution and account numbers from a cheque, or finish a card setup with KUBRA.
Money comes out on the due date, but withdrawals may not start right away. Keep paying by hand until a bill reads "paid by automatic withdrawal". That bill is also the one to file, since it carries the GST your business can claim back.
GST on EPCOR services
EPCOR's bill guide says it is required to collect taxes such as GST on the services it provides. If you run a business from the property, keep each statement as your record of what the service cost.
EPCOR statements kept past two years
Two years is a short shelf life for a utility record. Link your EPCOR login and our AI agent retrieves every new statement as it posts, keeping it long after EPCOR drops it, through bill fetching. The ebill notice in your inbox is caught by email receipt capture, and the year's statements are grouped for tax time.
