To get an Alaska Airlines ticket receipt, sign in to your Atmos Rewards profile and find the reservation under Trips, or open Trips with your last name and confirmation code or e-ticket number. Bag fees paid at the airport, onboard food and drink, lounge memberships and Premium Class upgrades have their own receipts site, searched by last name, travel dates and the card's last four digits.
Ticket and fee receipts
- Signed in: open your Atmos Rewards profile and locate the receipt for each reservation under Trips.
- Not signed in: open the reservation under Trips with your last name and the confirmation code or e-ticket number.
- Check your email: the receipt is also sent there.
If you still cannot find it and you travelled within the last 12 months, contact Alaska through its help center.
Bag fees, onboard purchases and lounges
Alaska's receipts site covers in-flight food and drink, baggage fees paid at select airports, lounge memberships and Premium Class upgrades.
- Choose the purchase type.
- Enter the passenger's last name and the last 4 digits of the card or digital wallet used.
- Enter the travel start and end dates and select Search.
In-flight purchases can be found for the previous 18 months.
Hawaiian Airlines purchases
For Hawaiian Airlines tickets, fees and in-flight purchases from before April 22, 2026, Alaska points to the Hawaiian Airlines receipts page. Those receipts are available up to 3 months after the travel or purchase date, and can be emailed with the e-ticket number and last name. Travel from April 22, 2026 onward uses the Alaska receipts.
Tickets bought through an agency
Alaska only provides receipts for tickets issued by Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines. If you booked through Costco Travel, Expedia, American Express Travel or another agency, ask the agency for the receipt.
Alaska receipts gathered from both places
A single trip can leave a ticket receipt in your inbox and a bag fee receipt on a separate site. Email receipt capture files the ticket receipt as soon as it arrives. Connect your Atmos Rewards account and our AI agent signs in and saves each trip's receipt from Trips, through bill fetching, and the fees join the flight on the trip's expense report.
