How to get an ADT statement
Founder & CEO, Smartbills

ADT, the security and alarm monitoring company, puts statements in MyADT for ADT Command, Pulse and basic alarm customers. Offices and shops that pay for monitoring get the same monthly statement.
Finding statements
- Log in at MyADT.com.
- Select the My Account tab.
- Choose Statements in the left-hand menu.
You can also use the Statement link under Make a Payment. Statements are PDFs you can review and save at any time.
What the statement shows
The account number, the service address, the statement date and your name, with the monitoring charges and the amount due. Keep the service address in mind if you pay for several sites.
Paying an ADT bill and enrolling in EasyPay
MyADT customers can make a one-time payment on MyADT.com or call (800) ADT-ASAP (800-238-2727) to pay. A check goes to the address printed next to Mail Payment To on your statement's payment stub, since ADT uses more than one payment location, and mailed payments take about 7 to 10 business days to arrive. ADT+ customers cannot pay by check.
EasyPay is ADT's automatic payment plan for MyADT users:
- Log in to MyADT.com.
- Select the EasyPay sign-up on the dashboard.
- Set up payments from a bank account or a credit or debit card.
Enrolling in EasyPay also moves you to paperless billing, and paper statements stop. EasyPay lets you change the draft date, which a regular statement date does not allow. ADT+ users are charged automatically by credit card. With no paper bill coming, open Billing Statements in MyADT each period and save the PDF; it separates taxable and non-taxable charges.
ADT+ customers
Customers on ADT+ use a different portal. ADT+ billing is entirely paperless and charged automatically to a credit card.
Monitoring as a business cost
Alarm monitoring for business premises is an operating expense, and the statement is the record. With paperless billing, nobody gets an envelope to remind them, which is how these bills go unrecorded.
ADT statements saved without the reminder
Connect MyADT and our AI agent signs in after each statement date, downloads the PDF and files it by service address through bill fetching. ADT's billing emails can be filed by email receipt capture, and the monitoring contract's monthly charge shows up in subscription tracking next to your other recurring costs.
