A store purchase missing from Neighbor's Club
If a purchase is not in your points history, use Claim Your Missing Points above the points history, online or in the TSC App, or contact Customer Solutions. Points post about two weeks after the transaction is updated.
Returning to Tractor Supply without a receipt
Returns normally need proof of purchase within 30 days, and active Neighbor's Club members get 90-day paperless returns. Without proof of purchase, or after 30 days, a store return needs refund verification system approval. An approved return without a receipt also needs a valid state or federal ID, is credited at the item's current price, and is refunded on a gift card.
