How to get a receipt from Menards

To find a Menards receipt online, sign in to MENARDS.COM, open My Account and select Lookup Receipts under Purchase History. Pick the credit card you paid with, set the dates, tick the receipts and select Save to get a PDF. In a store, the kiosk near the service desk prints receipts for any purchase paid by credit card, debit card or check.
Lookup Receipts on MENARDS.COM
- Sign in, click your name in the top right and choose My Account.
- Under Purchase History, select Lookup Receipts.
- Choose the credit card used for the purchase and adjust the date filter.
- Tick the receipts you want in the Select column. You can pick several at once.
- Select Save to open them as a PDF to save or print.
Need just one trip? Use View Purchase next to the amount to see each item's title, SKU, quantity and price.
The card has to be in your account
Online lookup only covers credit cards saved to your MENARDS.COM account. To add one, open My Account, then Payment Methods under Wallet, and select Add Credit Card. An expired card can be saved too, purely for receipt lookup. It will not be offered at checkout, but it brings back the purchases you made with it.
The kiosk at the service desk
Every Menards store has a receipt kiosk near the service desk. Swipe the credit or debit card you paid with, or enter your checking account details for a check purchase, and it lists your transactions from any Menards store with that payment method. Narrow the list by date or SKU, then print. Bring the card or your check details: the kiosk cannot print without them.
Rebate receipts
Menards rebates need the rebate receipt mailed in within one year of the purchase. From your MENARDS.COM account you can download rebate receipts for up to a year after the purchase date, and resend order confirmation emails for online orders from the last 30 days.
Buying materials for jobs
Contractors who pay with one company card get the most from Lookup Receipts: save that card once and every store run is there, by date, ready to attach to a job or a client invoice. Cash purchases never appear there. Keep or photograph those slips.
Menards receipts saved for every job
Lookup Receipts is the closest Menards has to an account statement, which suits automation. Connect your MENARDS.COM account and our AI agent signs in, pulls each new receipt from Lookup Receipts and saves it, through bill fetching. Online order confirmations reaching your inbox are filed by email receipt capture, and a paper slip from a cash purchase takes a photo in the Smartbills app.
