How to get an Acuity Scheduling invoice

Squarespace-managed billing

Accounts billed through Squarespace see the scheduling subscription alongside any other Squarespace services. In the Billing panel, Subscriptions, then Scheduling shows the plan name and price, and Invoices lists the invoices.

Acuity-managed billing

Accounts that use Acuity's own login open their Acuity account and click Manage Billing or the account profile. The subscription details are on that page, and View receipts in the Current plan section lists past payments.

Changing plan or billing cycle

You can upgrade or downgrade the plan, or switch between monthly and annual billing, at any time. Plan changes take effect as soon as you click Upgrade or Downgrade. Moving from monthly to annual billing also changes how often an invoice appears, worth knowing when you budget for it.

Card processing fees and revenue

Card processing fees on client payments are handled by your payment processor and are not recorded in Acuity, which means the processor's own statements hold them. For revenue, click Reports, then Revenue. Package, gift certificate and subscription revenue is dated when the client paid, and appointment revenue by the appointment date unless you choose a custom range by booking date. Refunds, issued through the processor, are not reflected.

Acuity Scheduling invoice lookup

Invoices in the Squarespace Billing panel and View receipts on Acuity's billing page are the two lookups. Checking the URL first saves looking in the wrong one.

Acuity subscription receipts for the practice

Clinics, coaches and salons often pay for Acuity for years without filing a single receipt for it. Our AI agent signs in with your Squarespace or Acuity login and downloads each invoice or receipt through bill fetching. Subscription invoices that reach your inbox go through email receipt capture, and the scheduling plan joins the rest of the year's tax receipts.
