How to download a Walmart Marketplace statement

Walmart Marketplace sellers find their statements on the Payments dashboard in Seller Center. Open Statements, choose Period summary or Annual summary, and use the Download link in the upper right to get the Payments Report, which Walmart also calls the Reconciliation Report. It lists every order in the payment period with the commission Walmart kept.
Period and annual summaries
The Statements view has a dropdown with two choices. Period summary covers one settlement cycle; Annual summary rolls the year together. Each view shows the outstanding balance for the open cycle and the scheduled settlement date. Balances update roughly 24 to 48 hours after an order is marked shipped or delivered.
Two versions of the Payments Report
The Download dropdown offers a new version, which is summarized, and a legacy version with more detail. Walmart recommends reviewing it every pay cycle. Sellers who work through the API can pull the same report by following the Developer Portal guide.
Reading commission and tax withheld
Walmart uses referral fee and commission to mean the same charge, and the report labels it Commission. The rate comes from the item's Contract Category, and commission can apply separately to the product and to shipping. Tax withheld appears on its own lines for product, shipping and other taxes or fees. You will also see Walmart funded savings, promo codes, extra discounts and excess refund adjustments.
The statement guide on Marketplace Learn does not describe a separate PDF invoice for commission. For your books, the Payments Report is the document that shows what Walmart charged.
Transaction lookup by order number
The Transactions tab searches orders created in the past 90 days by purchase order (PO#) or customer order (CO#), with filters for transaction type and date. Each line is Settled, Pending or Deferred. Deferred lines wait for the delivery date under the Delivery Date Payment Policy and usually move on within 24 to 48 hours once conditions are met. For anything older than 90 days, go back to the downloaded reports.
