TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop puts the monthly invoice for its fees in Seller Center under Finance > Invoices. Select the invoice and choose Download for the PDF, or Export invoice detail for an Excel file that breaks the fees down by order. Both files then wait in Export History. Invoices are typically issued before the 15th of the following month.

Which fees the invoice covers

The US invoice groups four charges: the referral fee, the promotion fee, the logistics fee and the CPS Ads fee. Shipping invoices for Fulfilled by TikTok orders are also available in Seller Center. Before the invoice is complete, enter your business tax details under Finance > Invoices > Tax Information.

Exporting several months at once

Batch export handles up to 3 months of invoices in one go, collected in Export History. The supporting Excel detail cannot be batch exported, and each month's breakdown has to be exported on its own.

Settlement report and order fee lookup

The invoice proves what TikTok charged; the settlement report shows what reached your bank. Go to Finance > Statements (some accounts show Payouts), select Export, set a date range and download the file from Export History. It is an Excel workbook with five sheets, in USD, with dates in UTC. The Order details sheet lists settlement data by SKU, Statement ID and Order/adjustment ID, which makes it the place to look up a single order's fees. Unsettled orders are not in it; they sit under Finance > On hold.

Fees on the report combine the referral fee, the refund administration fee (20% of a refunded referral fee) and affiliate commissions. Orders before April 3, 2023 also carried a legacy transaction fee. Since January 1, 2024, reports split into Net Sales, Shipping, Fees and Adjustments.

Sales tax on referral fees in Texas and West Virginia

Since November 1, 2025, sellers whose business registration address is in Texas or West Virginia pay sales tax on the referral fee. TikTok Shop adds it automatically and shows it on both the settlement report and the monthly invoice. No action is needed from the seller.

TikTok Shop invoices saved each month

Creators' samples, ad boosts and fulfilment fees all flow through one Seller Center account. Our AI agent can sign in after the 15th and save the month's PDF invoice through bill fetching. Packaging and sample purchases confirmed by email go through email receipt capture, and the year's fee invoices are ready for tax time.
