How to get a Wrike invoice

Wrike invoices are downloaded by the account owner from Settings, Billing. Click your profile image in the upper-left corner, choose Settings, select Billing and click the Download link. It only works in a web browser. The desktop app cannot download invoices.
One owner, one set of invoices
A Wrike account has a single owner, by default the person who created it. The owner has every admin right plus billing: viewing invoices, editing payment details and checking the subscription. Admins who are not the owner cannot open invoices. Anyone in finance needs the owner to download each PDF.
Downloading an invoice
- Open Wrike in a supported browser, not the desktop app.
- Click your profile image in the upper-left corner.
- Select Settings, then Billing in the left panel.
- Click Download to open the invoice. The link only appears once a payment method is set.
If you own several Wrike accounts
Invoices belong to the account you are signed in to. Click your profile image and look at the Accounts section: the current account has a checkmark. Switch before opening Billing, or you will be looking at the wrong company's invoices.
Plans that include invoices
Invoice printing is available on Team, Business, Pinnacle and Apex, and on the legacy Professional, Business and Enterprise plans. Free accounts, current or legacy, have no invoices.
Updating the card before renewal
From Settings, Billing, click Edit, change the card and billing details in the pop-up and click Save. Wrike then asks for your password, unless you sign in with SSO, and a final Confirm. The card number and CVV must be entered again on every edit. If the company card changes, add the new one before the renewal date to keep the subscription running.
Wrike invoices without chasing the owner
With only the owner able to download Wrike invoices, every PDF depends on that one person. The owner can connect a login once, and our AI agent signs in through the browser and saves every new invoice with bill fetching. PDFs the owner already has can be forwarded to email receipt capture, and a subscription paid on a personal card is reimbursed through an expense report.
