How to get a Wagepoint invoice

Wagepoint puts its subscription invoices under Settings, then Subscription, the page where you also manage your plan. A new invoice is issued each month on the last day of your billing period and covers the base subscription plus the per-employee or per-contractor charge for that cycle.
How the billing cycle works
Wagepoint bills on a 30-day cycle. The per-person part of the fee counts each unique employee or contractor whose payroll was processed during those 30 days. The first invoice follows the free trial: with a 14-day trial starting on the 1st, the subscription begins on the 15th and the first invoice arrives on the 15th of the following month.
What the plan lines show
Wagepoint's pricing page lists a Solo plan and an Unlimited plan, each with a monthly base fee plus an amount per employee or contractor. Year-end tax forms are included at no extra cost and do not add a line to the invoice. You can change your plan or your payroll frequency at any time.
Sales tax on the fees
Wagepoint's 2.0 service fee schedule states that its fees exclude sales, value-added and similar taxes, and any tax that applies is added on top. If your business is registered for GST/HST, the CRA expects supporting documents for the input tax credits you claim, and the Wagepoint invoice is that document for its fees. The schedule also says Wagepoint aims to give at least 30 days' notice before changing fees.
Bookkeepers who pay for clients
Accounting partners who pay Wagepoint fees on behalf of their clients are billed on a different schedule, on the first day of each month. If your bookkeeper covers the subscription, ask them for the invoice that matches your company.
Wagepoint invoice lookup
Settings, then Subscription is the only place Wagepoint's public pages name for invoices, and it doubles as the lookup. For a missing invoice, Wagepoint's support team is the next stop.
Wagepoint fees beside each payroll run
A payroll subscription is a small monthly line that is easy to overlook at year end. Bill fetching has our AI agent sign in to Wagepoint with your login and save each invoice from the Subscription page. Kept with the year's tax receipts, those invoices back the deduction and any input tax credit. Should Wagepoint invoices also reach your inbox, email receipt capture files them on arrival.
