How to view a Turo trip receipt

To view a Turo receipt, open the Trips tab, choose the trip, open its details and tap View receipt. It lists the trip price, the trip fee and any discounts, airport fees or taxes. The receipt can change after the trip if extras or adjustments are added. Download the final version for your records.
Viewing the receipt
- Open the Trips tab.
- Tap Manage trip, then View trip details, or open the trip's details page directly.
- Tap View receipt.
The trip fee
The trip fee is a percentage of the trip price. It varies with the vehicle's value, how far ahead you book and how long the trip is. You can see it by opening the Subtotal at checkout, and it is not refunded at the end of the trip.
Airport fees and taxes
Airport fees are set by the airports, and Turo says it does not mark them up or keep any part of them. In some places Turo collects and remits taxes on behalf of guests or hosts. Where it does, the tax is shown separately on the trip documents.
The receipt can change
The receipt you see right after the trip ends may not be the final one. Turo updates it if you are refunded or charged a fee. Wait for it to settle before you expense it.
Tolls and tickets
Guests are generally responsible for tolls and tickets during the trip, and hosts can invoice you for them afterwards through Turo. Those charges come as separate invoices. Keep them with the trip receipt.
Cancelled trips
For a cancelled trip, the refund amount appears on the receipt. Open the trip in the Trips tab and select View detailed receipt.
The car sharing agreement
The car sharing agreement is a separate document, available for every booked trip from the Help menu in the app.
Turo trips, expensed in one go
A Turo trip often produces more than one document: the trip receipt, an updated receipt after refunds, and a host invoice for tolls a week later. Connect your Turo account and our AI agent signs in once the trip settles and saves the final receipt, with any later invoices, through bill fetching. Turo's booking and invoice emails can be collected by email receipt capture as well, and both land on the same trip in the expense report.
