How to get a TruGreen invoice

Past TruGreen invoices are in your TruGreen My Account. The service details show completed and remaining services for the year, with the past invoices or service tickets behind them, and the Payments section of the Account Summary shows which services were performed and billed. To pay, use Pay My Bill at the top of the page.
Past invoices lookup in My Account
Sign in on trugreen.com or in the TruGreen app, which uses the same login. The Account Summary lists the services you signed up for and the current balance. Service details list each completed visit for the year with its invoice or service ticket, and the specialist's notes. A service summary is also posted to your account and the app after each appointment. For billing questions the site does not answer, TruGreen points to the Help section in My Account.
PrePay, EasyPay or Pay as You Go
- Pay as You Go: an invoice arrives after each service.
- EasyPay: the payment is withdrawn automatically from a bank account or credit card after each service.
- PrePay: you pay ahead for a set number of applications at a discount. The remaining count is on the Account Summary or behind the Learn More link in the app's PrePay banner.
When prepaid applications run out, you either renew PrePay or the account moves to EasyPay, charging the card or bank on file after each application.
Paying a TruGreen bill
Pay online at any time from My Account by bank withdrawal (ACH) or by Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover. Checks payable to TruGreen go to TruGreen Processing Center, P.O. Box 78611, Phoenix, AZ 85062-8611, or P.O. Box 9001128, Louisville, KY 40290-1128. TruGreen's pages list more than one customer phone number. Use the one printed on your invoice. With EasyPay, the charge happens after each visit but the invoice for that visit is still the record to keep.
Lawns at several properties
TruGreen's help pages do not describe combining properties on one bill. A landlord with several lawns should check the Account Summary for each property before the season closes, and match every completed visit to an invoice or ticket.
TruGreen invoices filed after every visit
Every completed visit leaves an invoice or a service ticket in the account. Connect My Account and our AI agent signs in after each visit, downloads the invoice and files it under the property through bill fetching. Visit emails can be sent to email receipt capture, and grounds care for a rental or a storefront is ready for tax time.
