How to download a Schindler invoice

Schindler's U.S. customers get invoice copies, an account statement and online payment in the E-Pay Customer Portal at payments.schindler.com. To print an invoice, click the red icon in the PDF column. If there is no icon, the original was most likely sent electronically; ask ePay_Help.us@schindler.com for it.
Invoice lookup by location
The invoice list covers the account you are signed in to. When an account has more than one service location, the pull-down at the top left, under the red bar, narrows the list to one location. Click an underlined document number to open that invoice.
Account statement for the last 365 days
Click Statement on the right side of the red bar, enter the parameters and click find. The results appear on screen; click Export to PDF to save them. Statements reach back 365 days. With more than one account, statements are not combined. Switch accounts with the red bar pull-down and request each statement separately.
Adding another account to your profile
To see a second account under the same login, email ePay_Help.us@schindler.com with the Billing ID account number, an invoice number and its amount from that account. Once added, it appears in the pull-down at the top of the red bar.
Paying Schindler invoices
Tick invoices in the Pay column (Select All works too), or open one and click Pay This Invoice at the top right. Several invoices paid together become one transaction. If your accounts payable team needs one receipt per invoice, pay them one at a time. Receipts must be printed at the time of the transaction; Schindler's guide gives no later route to them. Cards and eChecks can be stored under the gear icon, and the CVV is asked for on every payment. The E-Pay guide does not describe automatic payments. Whatever is paid, keep the invoice PDF as the record.
Getting help
Write to ePay_Help.us@schindler.com, or call the account specialist team: 1-866-246-5526 (1-866-2HOLLAND) in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, or 1-416-332-8280 in Canada. Service calls are a separate 24-hour line, 1-800-225-3123.
Schindler invoices and receipts in one place
Payment receipts that vanish once the screen closes are easy to lose. Connect E-Pay and our AI agent signs in, downloads new invoice PDFs and the statement for each account, and files them by building through bill fetching. Invoices Schindler sends electronically go through email receipt capture, and a year of elevator costs is ready for tax time.
