How to download a KONE invoice

Logging in with the bill-to number

A customer's username is the bill-to number. The account is activated from a welcome email, whose link lets you create the password. Sessions close after 30 minutes without activity, and three wrong passwords in a row lock the account until you use the password-forgotten link.

Invoice lookup and downloads

Newest invoices sit at the top, and you choose how many appear per page at the bottom right. Click an invoice number to open the PDF and save it. The Download column on each line gives a ZIP of everything attached to that invoice. To pull several at once, select them and use Download selection for a single ZIP. A downloaded invoice switches from new to viewed, which helps you spot what has not been filed yet.

The first download is the clean copy

For customers, KONE's portal guide says an invoice can be downloaded once without a DUPLICATE watermark. Later downloads carry it. Save the first PDF straight into your accounting records, since a stamped copy can raise questions in an audit. The PDF is digitally signed on KONE's behalf to prove it is authentic.

Changing how invoices are delivered

The My account tab holds your profile, where a customer can change the delivery method for invoices. Every invoice can still be downloaded from the portal whichever channel delivered it.

KONE Online is not where invoices live

KONE Online gives maintenance customers round-the-clock data on equipment performance, maintenance, breakdowns and repairs, and reports on maintenance work and costs. It is useful for budgeting, but invoices are in e-Invoice. KONE's public pages do not describe paying through e-Invoice or setting up automatic payments. Ask billing support how your account pays, and keep the invoice PDF as the record either way.

KONE invoices saved the first time

With a watermark on every second download, the first save has to land in the right folder.
