SumUp issues a monthly fee invoice for the fees it charges you. In the SumUp Business app, tap Payouts on the home screen, then Reports, choose Monthly fee invoice, pick the month and tap View report. On the web, click Reporting in your SumUp profile, then Download report, and use the download button on Fees.
Fee invoice lookup in the app
- Select Payouts on the home screen of the SumUp Business app.
- Tap Reports.
- Choose Monthly fee invoice as the report type.
- Pick the month under Report period.
- Tap View report to open and download it, or Send report to share it.
The Report period picker is the lookup: any past month can be pulled the same way. Keep each month's file, since it is the document showing what SumUp charged on your card sales.
Fee invoice in a web browser
- On your SumUp profile, click Reporting in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Select Download report.
- Hover over Fees and click the download button.
- Select the period and click Export file.
Team members without permission for reports are told to go to the owner or administrator of the SumUp profile.
Payout reports for matching deposits
Daily and monthly payout reports sit beside the fee invoice in both places. On the web, hover over Payouts instead of Fees, choose daily or monthly, set the period and export a PDF. Daily reports exist only for past dates, and you select the payout date rather than the sale date or the day money reached your bank.
Reports by email
Toggles under Email preferences send payout reports to your email daily or monthly. SumUp's help page describes this for payout reports; the fee invoice is pulled from Reports.
SumUp fees out of the payout and into the books
A SumUp deposit in the bank does not say what fees were charged, and the monthly fee invoice does. Our AI agent can sign in to SumUp with your login and download each month's fee invoice through bill fetching. Payout reports emailed on a schedule are picked up by email receipt capture, and twelve fee invoices make a tidy year for your tax receipts.
