Every SpotHero reservation sends a confirmation email with your Parking Pass to the address you gave at checkout. The Parking Pass is also your receipt.
Finding it again
Open Reservations in the SpotHero app or on the website and select the booking to see the Parking Pass with the date, time, location and charge.
Work parking: a business profile
A business profile keeps work bookings apart from personal ones, each with its own payment card. Confirmations and receipts for business bookings go to the email you choose, such as your work inbox. You can add a memo to a transaction, which saves explaining later which client the parking was for. SpotHero credit cannot be used on business profile bookings.
Expense tool integrations
SpotHero lists integrations with Concur, Expensify, Certify and Chrome River for automatic receipt forwarding. If you connect one, SpotHero shares the reservation details with your expense account: date, time, charge and location.
Details on the Parking Pass
The date and time of the reservation, the facility and the amount charged. That is the full set of details most expense policies ask for on parking.
SpotHero receipts routed to the right report
With a business profile sending receipts to your work email, email receipt capture can pick each Parking Pass out of that inbox and file it, memo and all, without connecting another expense tool. If you book under a personal email instead, connect the SpotHero account and our AI agent signs in and saves each reservation's pass from Reservations through bill fetching. Either way the parking sits on the right trip in your expense report.
