407 ETR

To download a 407 ETR statement, log in to My Account, select Statements & Activity, choose the account and a date range, open the bill and select Download Statement. Bills post after 7 p.m. on the bill date, which is why the notice email can arrive before the statement appears.

Downloading a statement

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Statements & Activity in the left menu.
  3. Choose the account and a date range, then select Search.
  4. Open the bill and select Download Statement.

The Overview page shows recent activity from the last 60 days. One login covers all of 407 ETR's digital channels, with multi-factor authentication.

Paperless bills and the email notice

Creating a My Account enrols you in paperless billing. Bills are posted after 7 p.m. on your bill date, which means the notice email can arrive before the statement is visible. 407 ETR treats the emails as a convenience: you are responsible for logging in to review and pay.

Company plates and transponders

A business account holds all the company's plates and transponders under one main account, and past invoices are in My Account. Tolls are charged per kilometre by vehicle class, and business support has its own contact.

How far back

Older records may need a request to customer service, and records from accounts inactive for more than five years may not be retrievable.

Keep account details current

407 ETR's billing terms ask you to report vehicle, address or payment changes within six days, or you stay responsible for the charges. A sold car still on your account means its tolls are still on your statement.

Tolls on expense reports

Tolls for client visits or deliveries are a business cost, and the statement shows each trip. Attach it to your expense report or mileage claim each month.

Paying a 407 ETR bill and pre-authorized payments

Pay in My Account or the 407 ETR mobile app or, without a My Account, make a secure one-time payment with the account number from the top-right corner of the bill. Your financial institution can send the payment too: select 407 ETR as the payee.

Pre-authorized payments are set up in My Account. With a pre-authorized credit card, 407 ETR charges the full amount owing (tolls, fees and other charges) 10 calendar days after the bill date. A declined charge removes you from pre-authorized processing, and you pay another way until you register again. To cancel, give written or authenticated verbal instructions at least 10 calendar days before the next charge.

A company with several transponders sees one card charge per statement. Download the statement after each bill date, since it lists the trips and charges behind that total, which is what an expense report has to show.

407 ETR statements saved after 7 p.m.

The notice email often beats the statement, which is why waiting for the email is not enough. Connect My Account and our AI agent signs in after your bill posts, downloads the statement and lists each trip, through bill fetching. The paperless notices themselves can be logged by email receipt capture, which makes a missed month stand out.
