How to get a Sixt rental invoice

To download a Sixt invoice, sign in on the Sixt website or open the Sixt app, go to My Bookings, select the rental and tap Invoice to get the PDF. Final invoices are available within 3 days of the return; for prepaid bookings, the receipt is available right after you book.
Downloading the invoice
- Sign in on sixt.com or open the Sixt app.
- Open My Bookings and select the rental.
- Tap Invoice and download the PDF.
The PDF carries the full tax details and the rental agreement number, which works as its unique reference. For a quick check, the booking overview also shows the amount and payment date under Payment information and Price overview.
Putting your company on the invoice
You can add or change the billing address yourself, before pick-up or after the return. In the booking, under Your information, select Add billing address and enter the company name and address. Save your company details in the Profile section and Sixt applies them to future bookings automatically.
A tax ID is the exception: it cannot be added online. Message Sixt on Live Chat with the rental agreement number and the tax ID, and Sixt emails you an updated PDF invoice. Corporate rentals with a fixed billing address on file also go through Live Chat.
Reservations you never used
For an unused prepaid reservation, the original receipt for the amount Sixt kept is your invoice, and it stays downloadable under My Bookings. A Flexi reservation that was never picked up usually has no invoice. If your rate or corporate contract charges a no-show fee, that invoice arrives by email.
Sixt invoices collected for you
The final invoice appears in My Bookings a few days after you drop the car off. Connect your Sixt account and our AI agent signs in, downloads each invoice when it is ready and saves it, through bill fetching. Invoices Sixt emails you, such as an updated one with your tax ID, are picked up by email receipt capture, and the rental joins the trip on your expense report.
