How to get a Semrush invoice

Download an invoice

1. Open Subscription Info from your profile.
2. Go to the Payments tab.
3. Find the transaction and click the invoice icon at the far right.

Send future invoices elsewhere

Click the pencil icon above the payment history table and save another email address. Future invoices go there, which is how an agency routes them to accounts payable without sharing the login.

Combined charges are not itemized

Semrush says itemized invoices are not currently available. When a renewal bundles several products, the PDF does not break the charge down, and the Product column shows only the original subscription's name. If finance needs the split, record it from your plan and add-on prices. Use the Sale ID when asking support about a charge you don't recognise.

Billing details

Edit billing information under Profile, Subscription info, Billing info, with the Edit button. Changing the billing country or state goes through support with proof of residency.

Add-ons and upgrades

On monthly plans, a product added mid-cycle is prorated to the next renewal and then billed at its full price. On annual plans, an add-on is a one-time prorated charge for the rest of the term and shares the renewal date. Upgrades credit the unused time on the old plan. Check Today's charge on the Plans and Pricing page before confirming.

Paying

Semrush takes Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Annual plans may qualify for wire transfer, or for checks in the US, on a limited basis.
