How to get an Ahrefs invoice

Ahrefs invoices are under Account Settings, Billing, Invoices. Click Download next to an invoice to save it as a PDF.
Steps
- Open Account Settings.
- Go to Billing, then Invoices.
- Click Download beside the invoice.
Changing the billing address
How you edit the address depends on the processor behind your subscription. In the Payment Methods section of the Billing page, Chargebee subscribers click Chargebee account and edit the section they need. Stripe subscribers click Billing details, then Update information on the Stripe page, and Save. If the Stripe page does not open, check for a blocked pop-up. Either way, the change shows on the next invoice. For an invoice already issued, ask support by chat or email.
VAT, GST and sales tax
Listed prices exclude tax. Ahrefs adds GST, VAT or sales tax in countries where it is registered, which include Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and certain US states. There is no self-serve tax ID field. To apply one, contact human support by chat or email with the tax ID and, where possible, your organization's tax certificates. An agent adds the details and refunds tax on eligible orders from the last 90 days.
Tax on orders older than 90 days
By then, Ahrefs has paid the tax over. Ahrefs suggests taking the invoice to your local tax office to claim a credit or refund, subject to your eligibility for input tax credits. In Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa, Japan, Vietnam and Turkey, tax applies to every transaction and there is no refund option.
Monthly, annual and Enterprise
Monthly and annual plans are paid by Visa, MasterCard, Amex or UnionPay. Paying by invoice or wire transfer is available only on Enterprise subscriptions.
Ahrefs invoices kept before the 90-day window closes
The 90-day limit on VAT refunds makes it worth having every Ahrefs invoice on file the month it is issued. Connect the account and our AI agent downloads each one from Billing, Invoices with bill fetching, tax lines included. expense reports picks up a plan a consultant paid personally, and subscription tracking shows the renewal before it charges.
