How to get a Sprout Social invoice

Sprout Social invoices are in Settings, Billing & Plan, under View Billing History. You need the Manage Billing permission to open that page. From there you can view, download and pay outstanding invoices.
Steps
- Click your username and choose Settings.
- Open Billing & Plan.
- Click View Billing History.
- Click View or Download on the invoice.
No access to Billing & Plan?
Without Manage Billing, the page does not appear. Ask the Account Owner to grant the permission, or to pull invoices for you. Sprout recommends that accounting teams go through the Account Owner.
Add billing contacts
Anyone with Manage Billing can add up to six billing contacts, and they do not need Sprout logins. Go to your name, Billing, scroll to Billing Contacts and click Manage. Enter a first name, last name and email for each, then click Save. Billing contacts receive invoices and failed payment notices. The Account Owner is a billing contact by default and can be removed.
Card receipts
Card-paying customers get a receipt on each billing date at the email they log in with. PDF copies are under Billing, View Billing History. PayPal payers do not get these. Their history is in PayPal, and in-app invoice features do not support PayPal billing.
Paying in the app or by invoice
You can pay an invoice in Sprout only when the balance is $15,000 USD or less. Larger balances are paid using the instructions on the invoice. Each invoice shows a status, with a Past Due badge once payment is at least a day late. Questions and purchase order requests go through the billing support form or billingteam@sproutsocial.com.
Sprout Social invoices to finance without a seat
Billing contacts don't need a seat. Add the address email receipt capture reads as one of the six and each Sprout Social invoice is filed as it is issued, including true-ups. For past invoices, our AI agent signs in with a Manage Billing login and downloads them from View Billing History through bill fetching. subscription tracking tracks seat count against the renewal.
