Unbounce invoices are under Account Management. Click your avatar at the top right, choose Account Management, select Account Overview, then Billing, and click Download Invoice next to the invoice. Only Account Owners and Administrators can view and download invoices.
Steps
- Click your avatar at the top right of the Unbounce app.
- Select Account Management.
- Choose Account Overview, then Billing.
- Click Download Invoice.
Who can see billing
Other roles cannot see billing details or invoices. If the marketer who built the landing pages isn't an Owner or Administrator, they will need one to download invoices, or to be given that role. Unbounce documents how to change the Account Owner when someone leaves.
Updating billing details
From Account Management, select Billing in the left menu, then click Edit and follow the prompts. The billing address and contact information are entered with the payment method. Do this before the next invoice if the company name or address has changed.
Cards only
Unbounce takes online payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Debit cards are not supported. Manual payments are accepted only for select 2017 pricing plans, at the billing team's discretion. If a card is refused on save, the cause may be any field, insufficient funds or a bank block. billing@unbounce.com can help identify it.
When an invoice isn't paid
Accounts are usually suspended because the payment for the latest invoice was declined. To restore access to your landing pages, go to Account Overview, Billing, and choose Update Billing Information, then save. Once the charge goes through, download the paid invoice for your records.
Monthly or annual
Unbounce lets you change plan type and length, including a switch from monthly to annual billing. The switch changes how often an invoice is issued. Update your accrual schedule to match.
Unbounce invoices beside your ad spend
Connect an Owner or Administrator login and our AI agent downloads each Unbounce invoice from Account Overview, Billing with bill fetching. subscription tracking lists the plan next to the ad platforms it supports, which makes cost per landing page easier to see. A freelancer who pays for Unbounce on a client's behalf can rebill it through expense reports.
