How to get a ZoomInfo invoice

ZoomInfo invoices and payment receipts are in the ZoomInfo billing portal at billing.zoominfo.com. An admin logs in, opens the invoice section, and can view or download every invoice and every receipt for payments made. When the portal is out of reach, email ar@zoominfo.com with the subject line "Document Request" and Accounts Receivable sends the copy.
The ZoomInfo billing portal
The portal gives an overview of the contract behind your subscription: its start and end dates and the paid and unpaid invoices. Admins are added through the ZoomInfo admin portal, and once set up, the same credentials open both portals. Billing portal access comes with the admin role.
Paying a ZoomInfo invoice
ZoomInfo takes credit and debit cards, ACH debit, wire or bank transfer, EFT and check. Pay in the currency the invoice was issued in, USD, GBP or EUR. For a payment through Stripe, use the Click to Pay link printed on the invoice; ZoomInfo suggests opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader for that link.
Auto payment
Admins can elect auto payment for the active plan on the overview page of billing.zoominfo.com. To opt out, make sure every invoice is paid, then switch it off on the same page. Auto payment changes how the money moves, not the paperwork: ZoomInfo still issues each invoice, and it stays in the invoice section.
Invoice lookup through Accounts Receivable
Outside the portal, ZoomInfo's AR team works from the subject line of your email to ar@zoominfo.com. Use "Document Request" for invoices, statements of account and contracts, "Billing Questions" for questions about charges, and "Payment Remittance Details" when sending proof of payment. Vendor onboarding packs often want a business license or certificate of insurance; those requests use "Business License Request" and "COI Request". AR also answers at (866) 904-9666, option 2.
ZoomInfo contract invoices on file
A ZoomInfo subscription runs on a contract with fixed dates, and its invoices often need sign-off from sales leadership and finance alike. Through bill fetching, our AI agent logs in to billing.zoominfo.com with your admin credentials and saves each invoice and payment receipt. Copies AR sends back by email after a Document Request are filed by email receipt capture, and the year's data subscription joins your tax receipts.
