How to get a Moz invoice

Moz invoices are on the Billing Info tab of Account & Billing, also reachable at moz.com/billing. Click the round account icon at the top right, select Account & Billing, and open Billing Info. Below the billing address, the Transaction History lists every invoice, charge and credit.
Reading the transaction history
- Invoice: issued for a subscription purchase or renewal. Click View to view and print it.
- Charge: a successful payment on the card for that invoice.
- Failed: a charge attempt that did not go through.
- Refund: money returned to the card originally charged.
- Adjustment: a credit on the account.
For the books, keep the Invoice line and its matching Charge.
Shared seats can't see billing
People using a shared Moz Pro seat have full access to campaigns and research tools, but cannot view or update billing, invoicing or subscription information. Only the primary account owner can pull invoices. Ownership can be transferred if that person leaves.
Moz Pro and Moz Local are separate
Moz Pro and Moz Local are separate subscriptions with their own renewals. Cancelling one does not cancel the other, and a charge for the remaining one still occurs. Cancellations must happen at least a day before the renewal date. Active subscriptions are listed at moz.com/subscriptions.
How Moz takes payment
Moz accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and debit cards where the bank allows subscriptions. Check, wire and ACH are for annual Moz Pro plans only, through manual invoicing. PayPal, prepaid cards and payment apps such as Apple Pay or Google Pay are not accepted.
Unfamiliar charges
Moz's help page on card charges covers free trials converting to paid plans, renewals charged before a cancellation took effect, and small authorization charges. Contact the Moz Help Team with the details if a charge still doesn't match.
Moz invoices from both subscriptions
With Moz Pro and Moz Local renewing on their own dates, invoices are easy to miss. Connect the owner's login and our AI agent saves each Invoice line from Billing Info with bill fetching. subscription tracking lists both renewal dates side by side, and an SEO consultant paying on a personal card can claim the invoice in expense reports.
