Securitas Technology, which also serves legacy STANLEY Security clients, bills its clients by invoice. Online bill management goes through PayerExpress, with one portal for Securitas Technology and legacy Securitas clients and another for legacy STANLEY Security clients. Clients with a SecureStat HQ account can also view and pay invoices there.
Paying through the right PayerExpress portal
The Bill Payment page on securitastechnology.com lists two logins. Accounts with Securitas Technology or legacy Securitas use the first; accounts inherited from STANLEY Security use the second. The customer support page describes both as online bill management. If you cannot tell which one applies, call 1 855 957 0662. The public pages do not describe an automatic payment option. Ask support if you want one. However each invoice is paid, the invoice is the record to keep for the books.
Invoice lookup in SecureStat HQ
SecureStat HQ is the Securitas Technology client platform. Alongside service tickets, installation and service dashboards and reports, it lists viewing and paying invoices as a client feature. It also pulls data from several locations into one place, which suits a portfolio of buildings. Securitas Technology says the platform is available to every client; request an account from the SecureStat HQ page, then log in.
Switching from paper to electronic invoices
Securitas Technology's Canadian site has an Electronic Invoicing form. Enter your name, email address, phone number, postal code and contract number, and you are subscribed to electronic invoices instead of paper ones. Find the contract number on a past invoice before you start, since the form requires it.
Questions about a charge
For an unclear or disputed line, the customer support page offers a Billing Inquiry Form, next to the general support request form. Phone support is on 1 855 957 0662. Have the invoice in front of you when you call or write, with the site it relates to.

SecureStat HQ already sorts installation and service work by location, and the invoices deserve the same treatment.
