How to get a Save-On-Foods receipt

Save-On-Foods keeps more of your shopping history online than most grocers. Signed in to your account, you can see the items you've bought in store and online over the past two years, and the full details of each online order.
Past purchases from the last two years
Save-On-Foods' online shopping FAQ says you can review your purchases from the previous two years, in store as well as online. Sign in, then open Past Purchases under My Account in the top right corner. From the same page you can add items back to your cart.
Online order details
For pickup and delivery orders:
- Sign in and open My Account in the top right.
- Select My Orders. You can filter by pickup or delivery, by month or by previous years.
- Choose the order and select View Order Details.
My Orders is also where you change or cancel an active order before the cut-off: 10:00 pm the day before for next-day delivery or pickup.
The receipt at pickup or delivery
The order summary you see online isn't the final word. Save-On-Foods says digital My Offers coupons loaded to your card redeem automatically at checkout but don't appear in the order summary; your savings and More Rewards earnings show on the receipt you get at pickup or delivery. Your More Rewards points total also appears on that receipt. Keep it, since it's the document with the final amount.
Store receipts
At checkout, the paper receipt is still the itemized record with the taxes. Keep it for anything you'll claim. Past Purchases tells you what you bought, but Save-On-Foods doesn't describe it as a copy of the receipt.
Groceries for the office
Supplies for a staff room or food for a meeting belong on an expense claim with the itemized receipt, which separates taxable items from the ones that aren't taxed.
Save-On-Foods orders pulled from My Account
Connect your Save-On-Foods account and our AI agent signs in to My Orders and saves each order's details as orders come in, through bill fetching. The paper receipt you get at pickup or at checkout goes through the Smartbills app, which reads the final total and each tax line, and both feed the same expense report.
