PODS

PODS invoices are in your MyPODS account. Log in at my.pods.com with your customer email and PIN or password, then select Billing at the top of the page to download invoices and statements, manage payment methods and pay. An invoice appears the night your container is delivered, and each service is billed as it is completed.

One document with every charge

PODS bills each service as it is completed. One move can produce several invoices. For a single view of all of them, go to Invoices & Documents, choose Custom Statements, set the dates from your order through today and click Process Statement. PODS describes this as the way to get a final invoice with all your charges.

Monthly statements

A monthly statement gathers the invoices for a given month. It suits long storage, when a container stays with PODS over several months.

Paying and pre-authorizations

Before some services, PODS pre-authorizes your card for the estimated amount. That hold can look like a double charge, but it is not an extra payment. PODS also does not split a payment into smaller amounts; you are billed as each service is done. To pay a balance, use the Billing area of MyPODS. For billing questions, PODS lists its Sales & Service center at (877) 770-PODS (7637).

Finding your Customer ID

PODS assigns a Customer ID when you place an order. It is on your Order Summary emails and Order Confirmation document. Without it, you can still reach the dashboard with your email, or give your phone number to a PODS Service Center associate.

PODS invoices gathered for you

A long storage term means a new PODS invoice every month, each waiting in MyPODS. Connect the account and our AI agent signs in and downloads each invoice and statement through bill fetching. Order Summary emails are filed by email receipt capture, and relocation costs move as one group onto an expense report.
