Planet Fitness keeps your billing details online and in the PF App under My Billing Info & Balance in the account menu. Its FAQ doesn't describe a downloadable receipt. For a receipt or any billing question, Planet Fitness says your home club is the best source, and Member Services handles requests when the home club is closed.
My Billing Info & Balance
Sign in on planetfitness.com or open the PF App and go to the account menu. My Billing Info & Balance shows your billing details and balance, and it is where you update your payment information or make a payment with a debit or credit card. Your billing dates are there too, and on your membership agreement.
Your home club, the receipt lookup
Planet Fitness clubs are franchise locations, and the FAQ sends billing questions to the home club first. If the club is closed, contact Member Services, open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST. Ask for a statement of the dues and annual fee you paid over the period you need.
Paying dues and the annual fee
Monthly memberships are paid by electronic funds transfer from a checking account, which Planet Fitness uses to keep billing going when a card expires. The annual fee is a separate draft once a year. If the account shows "draft pending," a recurring payment is already processing and you can't pay online until it clears. Partial payments on an overdue balance aren't accepted online; stop by the home club for that. An automatic draft does not replace the record: keep the billing details from your account, or a receipt from the home club, rather than the bank line.
Stopping the next draft
Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date to stop the monthly charge, and at least 7 days before the annual fee date to stop that fee. A membership with a minimum term that ends early carries a $58 buyout fee.
Day passes
A non-member can pay a day fee to try a club. If you join that location within 30 days, the full day fee counts toward membership fees, with a valid receipt.
Planet Fitness dues tracked month by month
Gym dues come out by bank draft. There is no receipt in your inbox to collect. Subscription tracking shows the monthly dues and the once-a-year annual fee before each draft. The day-pass receipt or a statement from your home club goes through the receipt scanner, and an employer wellness benefit can be claimed on an expense report.
