How to get a Ticketmaster receipt

To get a Ticketmaster receipt, sign in to your Ticketmaster account on the website, find the order in My Tickets and click View Order Receipt under the Your Order section. The receipt shows the total paid, including fees and taxes. Two limits matter: receipts aren't available in the Ticketmaster app, and they disappear for events that took place more than 90 days ago.
My Tickets, the receipt lookup
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account in a browser.
- Find your order in My Tickets.
- Under Your Order, click View Order Receipt.
The View Receipt link sits on the order details page next to your order number. Order numbers look like 2-56789/FLO or 23-56789/FLO, or a 17-digit number that may be grouped with hyphens.
The 90-day limit
Once an event is more than 90 days in the past, Ticketmaster no longer shows its receipt. If a concert or conference is part of a business trip, save the receipt soon after buying, or at the latest within three months of the show.
When the order isn't there
- Resale tickets can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
- For sports tickets, try your team's account: go to am.ticketmaster.com, search for your team or venue and sign in.
- You may have bought with a different email address.
- During high-volume sales, confirmation emails can be slightly delayed.
Transferred tickets show $0
Tickets someone transferred to you show a $0 total, because you didn't buy them through Ticketmaster. The original price is in the original purchaser's account, and Ticketmaster can't see what you paid anyone else. Tickets bought through another ticketing provider need that provider's receipt.
Ticketmaster receipts saved before day 90
Client events, team outings and conference passes are all real expenses, and the receipt vanishes three months after the show. Connect your Ticketmaster account and our AI agent opens My Tickets and saves each order receipt through bill fetching, well inside the window. Order confirmation emails are captured by email receipt capture, and the tickets go on the expense report with fees and taxes already shown.
