How to get a StubHub receipt

To get a StubHub receipt, go to Orders in your StubHub account, open the order and select View order receipt under the order total. If you checked out as a guest, the order isn't in a registered account, even one with the same email address. Sign in as a guest with your email, phone number and the 6-digit access code StubHub emailed you.
Orders, the receipt lookup
- Sign in to StubHub and go to Orders.
- Open the order.
- Under the order total, select View order receipt.
No confirmation email
Check your spam or junk folder, then look for the order under Orders. If it isn't in either place, contact StubHub. Before you do, check whether StubHub charged your card on your bank statement, and whether you are signed in to the right account or reading the right inbox.
Did the order go through?
StubHub emails you whether an order succeeded or failed. A failed payment means no order was placed, and you will get an email saying so. That usually happens when funds are short or when your bank or card issuer blocks a purchase that doesn't match your normal spending. In that case, confirm with your bank and buy the tickets again.
Guest orders and the access code
Guests buy with an email address and phone number. StubHub then sends a 6-digit access code, found in the order confirmation email and in the email saying your tickets are ready. Use that code every time you sign in as a guest to see the order. StubHub suggests upgrading to a registered account afterwards to keep order history and saved payment details.
A note on who sells the tickets
StubHub is a marketplace: you buy from a third party, not from StubHub, and sellers set prices that can be above face value. The receipt from Orders is still the record of what you paid StubHub for the order.
StubHub receipts filed with the event
Resale tickets for a client night out often get bought in a hurry, sometimes as a guest. Email receipt capture files the confirmation with its access code. A guest order is never lost that way. Connect a registered StubHub account and our AI agent saves each receipt from Orders through bill fetching, and the purchase goes onto the expense report for the event.
