To get a GoodLife Fitness receipt, fill in the Receipt Request form at receipts.goodlifefitness.com with your name, date of birth and either your barcode or your membership number. GoodLife emails the receipt within 10 business days. The form covers payments made in the last 2 years and at least 7 days ago; older receipts go through a privacy request instead.
The Receipt Request form, GoodLife's lookup
This form is how GoodLife finds past payments for you. Choose a receipt start date and end date, enter your details and submit. The reply goes to the email address you provide; if it hasn't arrived after 10 business days, check your junk or spam filter. Paid upfront for a Paid-in-Full or Term Membership? Set the start date to the day you paid and the end date to the day after.
Barcode or membership number
Either works, but each goes in its own field. Entering one in the other's box triggers an error email.
- Barcode: the letters and numbers on the back of your key tag, starting with a letter, such as A####### or GL########.
- Membership number: printed on your original Membership Agreement and starting with a number. Memberships from before 2017 start with two letters followed by numbers.
Timing and who can ask
Receipts are only available for payments made 7 or more days ago, because of bank processing times. The receipt lists every payment on the account, including payments for other people on it. If someone else paid your dues, that person has to request the receipt.
Receipts older than two years
Fill out GoodLife's Privacy Request Form and email it to privacyofficer@goodlifefitness.com. These requests can take up to 30 days. Plan ahead if an employer or insurer asks for older proof of membership payments.

GoodLife receipts filed when the email lands
Recurring dues add up to a yearly total that a health spending account or a wellness benefit may reimburse. Request one GoodLife receipt for the whole year, and email receipt capture files it when it arrives. Subscription tracking keeps the recurring dues visible between requests, and the receipt can go straight onto an expense report for the benefit claim.
